Work, Work, Work

Well we have been busy clearing some of our property out so we can start building. I have also been working on our garden, which is getting bigger than I had originally planned it to be; but thats OK. If it's bigger and produces more more food for us right? Now if I can just get our dogs to stay out of the garden I'd be doing real good. I had found a nursery out here that is selling honeydew plants and I bought 4 I haven't seen them sold as seeds before and I hope they grow as we all like honey dews. We also bought some watermelon, cantaloupe, cabbage, broccoli, red leaf lettuce, 16 pepper plant (half of them hot), and six tomato plants. I also still have 3 types of squash to plant, our pumpkins, cow peas, cucumbers, radishes, and some beets. I'll put up some pics of the garden as soon as I get some.

I did take pics of some of the clearing we have done, the drive way for one I took a nice pic of, also the clearing where we are going to have our parking, as I really want to keep the cars a little bit from the house. One more picture I am putting up is one of some work me and SilverWolf did last week. My neighbor wanted her goat barn cleaned out as her and her husband can't do it and we got paid to clean it and we were allowed to take the composted hay/s...manure for our garden. I was quite happy to help out, I think my plants will love it, there was a few years worth of the hay/manure in the pen so some was already in the dirt stage.
